Analytics

From plugin v1.37.13

Analytics

MisePress can record and aggregate discovery activity where analytics features are enabled.

Query analytics

Query analytics can record frontend searches and filter behaviour into a local table. This helps identify:

  • Popular searches.
  • No-result searches.
  • Common filters.
  • Terms visitors expect but cannot find.

Smart discovery signals

Discovery features can use lightweight signals such as:

  • Views.
  • Saves/favourites.
  • Shopping-list additions.
  • Reviews.
  • Ratings.
  • Recency.

Privacy

Only enable analytics features you need. If you use visitor-specific analytics or personalisation, update your privacy/cookie notices as required for your site and region.

Maintenance

For large sites, rebuild the search index after major changes and clear stale caches if search results or nutrition values look out of date.
