How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Open a ticket from your support dashboard and we’ll handle the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
What happens after you cancel
Once a refund is approved, Paddle returns the funds to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary — most refunds appear within 5–10 business days. Your access to paid features ends at the start of the next billing period (or immediately for one-time purchases).
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or via Paddle. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current paid period; you will not be charged again.
