Terms of Service
Last updated: May 4, 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms govern your use of MisePress (the “Service”), provided by Alexandros Papageorgiou, a sole trader operating under the trading name “MisePress” (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, downloading our plugin, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms. You confirm you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and, if you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property rights;
- distribute malware, probe, scan, or interfere with the security of the Service;
- scrape, redistribute, or resell the Service or its components;
- circumvent licensing limits or technical restrictions.
4. Our intellectual property
The Service, including the MisePress plugin, software, documentation, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your active plan.
5. Service availability
We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, updates, and external dependencies may temporarily affect availability.
6. Payments, billing, and subscriptions
Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller Paddle. Please review the Paddle Buyer Terms for the full terms covering your purchase. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Merchant of record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
7. Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit through the Service.
11. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
