Yes — MisePress Recipes adds its own recipe content type, and you can move existing recipes into it. The demo content seeder also lets you preview every feature on a fresh install before you migrate.

Do I need Bricks Builder or Automatic.css?

No. MisePress Recipes works with any theme — Bricks elements and ACSS variable inheritance are extras for sites that use them. Templates are theme-overridable from yourtheme/misepress/.

Will it slow my site down?

No. Search uses a FULLTEXT index built for large libraries (sub-50ms on big catalogues), and the front-end ships clean CSS variables instead of bloated stylesheets.

Is the nutrition data accurate?

It’s computed from a curated 120-ingredient database, with USDA FoodData Central as a fallback on Pro. You can override any value per recipe.

Updates are delivered straight from MisePress — no WP.org review delays. Pro licenses include both Stable and Beta channels and update automatically once the site is paired.

What happens if my license expires?

Your site keeps working. You stop receiving updates and Pro features become read-only until you renew. No data is removed.

Can I use it on multiple sites?

Each Pro license activates on a set number of sites. You can deactivate a site any time from your dashboard and reuse the slot elsewhere.
